Has anyone bought window treatments from this company? If you have, were you happy with the quality? They have been advertising 20% off, but if they are not decent quality, it would be a waste of money.

I too am interested to know. I've bought Hunter Douglas shades in the past. They're very expensive, but I thought I was paying for top quality and a lifetime warranty. Well, the quality turns out to be very average, as I have to return at least one shade every year to repair snapped cords. And the lifetime warranty is a misnomer - it doesn't cover normal wear and tear (like cords) after five or six years. And you have to pay the dealer to return your shade to the factory-authorized repair center (unless you're lucky enough to live near one). Usually the charge is $50, but last year the dealer wanted $100. Unfortunately, Hunter-Douglas doesn't regulate such dealer charges. In the future, I'd consider a cheaper alternative like Blinds To Go. Even if they last only a few years it would probably cost less than these Hunter Douglas. By the way, my shades get light use and little direct sun.

They advertised a sale so my husband and I went to their store. The salesperson we got seemed put out we were there. He did give us pricing, then said if we wanted someone to measure our space/windows that would be extra. They were also charging extra for installation. He seemed more concerned about getting our personal information, email address etc. After quoting the prices for everything and seeing my hesitation, he said we would receive an email coupon within a couple of days which could be applied to our sale. Did not get a good feeling and we left without ordering. Never got the email coupon. Went to another local shop who was about 1/3 cheaper with free measuring and installation. Will never purchase anything from Blinds To Go.

Unfortunately, never got as far as purchasing. Our jaws dropped when we were quoted a price.

I agree! I've had several different types of blinds done by them, and they always did a great job. I had one small issue just once and they corrected it immediately.

Not everything I bought was low-cost. One set of vertical blinds was actually fairly expensive because of the material I chose. You'll find a wide range of prices, so you can spend what you're comfortable spending.

I absolutely would go there again. I was happy with both the product and the service every time I ordered from them.

We have used them twice already in the last three years -- One time when each of our girls were born.

Yes, they are a bit pricey, but so worth it. There are so many options. The salespeople are very knowledgeable and you get your blinds speedy quick. Highly recommend!!
