Like the black/white photos with the colorful mats a lot. However, these black frames seem to overwhelm the artwork. I'd try a simple silver metal frame which will let the artwork show up, rather than drown it out in darkness.

Were I a fan of photographs as decoration I'd probably still find this rainbow assortment lacking...

Just a thought ... Another version of this grouping would be to have each black & white photo be the exact same, of a lightbulb or of a dandelion or something. It would give it a sort of nod to Andy Warhol.

Like it....don't love it.  It isn't so much the matting but I've just never been a huge fan of B/W photography or art.

I agree with everything @oznell  said.  To me, all I see when I look at the pictures are the mats.
