Bissell Quick Steamer............

I have had the bissell rug scruber since last April, I loved it but now it is

leaking water as soon as you replace the water container. We've cleaned

it all out and it still leaks. I can send it back but didn't keep the box so I have to

search for a box big enough. Has anyone else had this problem{#emotions_dlg.confused1} TIA
