Bethlehem Lights QVC FALSE ADVERTISING

I ordered the TSV Bethlehem lights strands LEDS when they were sold as in stock and now I have not received them. How can QVC sell merchandise that they claim is in stock and then tell you they do not have the merchandise? CS said "sorry". Well sorry doesn't cut it. Has this happened to anyone else? Just beware when you place future orders that they claim are in stock they may be LYING to you.
