Bethlehem Lights: Blinking LEDs

We purchased 2 of the BL potted Boxwood's for the Porch. They actually look very nice. We tested the lights as soon as we received them, but did not put them outside until the winter weather was over (over 30 days after purchase. The lights have three settings, off, constant on or timer. Set them to timer on first night out side. Worked great, and they continued to work great for about three weeks. I noticed one of the trees was not only still on at 6 am (should have gone off about 2), but the lights were blinking. Shut it off. That night I reset the timer lights on as they were supposed to be. However in the am the same issue lights on and blinking away.

My question is if anyone else has had this problem did you contact Bethlehem lights and did they do anything to resolve the issue?
