I sleep with two pillows I have a Casper that is ok and I use a pillow beneath that. I have allergies and I can not sleep flat.

The pillow I was using became flat so I bought a new one, this one is not really cutting it

I wake up every morning with pains in my neck and back

This is getting tiresome I need a good night sleep

Thanks all

I have a Casper? What's that? Anyway, I use a My Pillow, and I love it!

I have a hard time finding pillows that agree with me (and my neck).    I’ve tried the My Pillow but it didn’t work. I’ve never tried Casper.  A few months ago I bought a couple down alternative pillows in medium at Target that seem to be doing the job for now.

I hate " My Pillow ," it is so hard to find just the right pillow.

I do not sleep on pillows.  It's rare that I do.  They end up on the floor.   I am rather comfortable sleeping flat on back, stomach & on both sides.  Maybe because I am a wild sleeper?

Pillows for me are to be used as props for when I read in bed & bed decorations.

It is really hard to find the right pillow.

I got the side and back sleeper of Claritin from Bed Bath and Beyond-at the time they were no more than $20

but I see they have really increased!

I think they were new and maybe on sale when I got them.

They are really good but the only 2 things against them I would say is that you definitely have to switch pillows if you are going from back to side and vice versa.

The other thing (and maybe this is true for all pillows) is I think they wear down after awhile.

They are hypoallergenic and alternative down type .

I really notice that when you are sleeping on your back or front, you need a thinner pillow and when sleeping on your side, you need more support, not necessarily firmer just thicker.

@I am still oxox  If you still have your My Pillows try washing them and dry them in the dryer. They fluff right up then you can arrange them to fit.
I wash mine often. I'm not allergic to anything but will react to weather and pollen. The washing helps! There are ones with a gusset that I prefer. I use a regular and a firm and switch them.

If not, I hope you find a good one!
