That's pretty, @Greeneyedlady21and a change from blue or green cabinets.  I probably still wouldn't choose it though.  Do you like the shade for paint?

I would never buy any clothing in a red-brown color.  I prefer my brown colors to be blue or cool-based.   

I think that is a very difficult color and yes, sadly depressing after they had some nice green and orangy colors before.

Lol, I remember in the early 90s, I'd just got my own place and made the mistake of getting towels in that deep burgundy color.  It was really popular at the time, along with hunter green.  In fact, I'm pretty sure I had my bathroom in both.  When the burgundy shower curtain was dirty, I'd switch to the hunter green & change the towels lol.  😃

@tansy On the lower cabinets only and mixed with white it's ok. On the walls I don't care for it.

Slang for lipstick, @BirkiLady.  My lips are thin.  I'd look horrendous in a dark color like that.

@BirkiLady, Tansy is correct., a lip color.  I like a burgundy w/brown in it.  I think Revlon had a Raisin I used to wear.  I don't have great lips, but nudes just make me look horrid, as do anything orangey or peachy.

i totally see purple in that color and not red.

i would like it on one or two walls, but definitely not an entire room.

love it in the kitchen photo for cabinets. i would think though that one might get tired of them quickly though and that it wouldnt be good if you were planning on doing a resale anytime soon.
