Re: Bedroom Under the Eaves...

Light streaming into a bedroom while yet having the privacy of an upper floor is the most glorious thing!  They were smart to buy that home.

Gorgeous bedroom - I love it! It would be wonderful to have a bedroom this size. The blues are so appealing to me - so soft, comforting and relaxing! The architecture gives the room so much character.

Re: Bedroom Under the Eaves...

ahhh, this is more like it  .. nice calming colors, not too formal.

Just get rid of the canopy over the headboard & the tablecloths on the tables - dust collectors.

Would be nice to have a set of french doors leading to a good sized balcony.

Love the paint color.  I don't like the drapes behind the bed - stuffy looking.  I like the rest of the room.

@ScenicMaine

Exactly what I would do.

My bedroom at home had similar architecture. Loved the size of my bedroom through my childhood, teen, and young adult years until I moved out. The room was large enough for 3 sisters to share, but since I was the youngest I eventually got it all to myself. 😁

@wilma

Your former bedroom in your home sounds lovely.  I also had to share my bedroom w/ 2 sisters growing up.
