Very pretty room....and a soothing and relaxing atmosphere....

For me, this is a lovely corner of what looks like a very pretty room. The pale blue toile fabric covering the window and chair is beautiful, though I probably wouldn't choose blue for myself. I especially like the desk and armoire. Taken all together, though, it's a bit precious for me. Had I a large house, I'd certainly welcome such a room, but it wouldn't be an overall look I'd prioritize, given limited space. Someone asked about a chair for the desk and I suspect the small, armless French style chair off to the side is pulled over to the desk when needed.

My dream bedroom would have a sitting area for me and a desk with shelves for DH. That way, we wouldn't need a den.

Too much clutter on and above the desk.  Otherwise, it looks nice.

@stevieb   This is an absolute "thumbs up" for me.  Lovely sitting area for a Lady at Her Leisure.  

In my dreams I am "To the Manor Born" but in real life I more resemble one of the estate tenants.
