I love this cozy home. I think more than one could easily live here. A few tweaks (not many) and I could live here. I had a huge house in the past. Space is overrated.

We raised our two sons in a 728 sq foot home. It did have finished space in the basement. Now we have moved to be near one of those sons and have a spacious 1000 sq foot home!

Thank you, for the video @stevieb I love this home. Scale is key here. I really think that is what makes this home appealing. Everything is so balanced, and cohesive it just flows.

What a cute little house.  I would have to get rid of a lot of stuff I have!  I would also need a guest 1/2 bath, office, laundry room and garage so perhaps 1100 sf??
