How big is it?  How big is the space you are going to be hanging it in?  Do you need two for two sinks?

I do like the mosiac effect, so that is a plus, but I do like a large mirror, so size is a factor too.  Mirrors reflect light, so they do help to open and lighten a room up.

Pier 1 says that mirror is 31", so that is edge to edge. That may be too small. You may need to do some in person shopping for size, as the frame part is fairly large on the round one, so the mirror is smaller than 31". You can also cut out paper templates to the measurements of the mirror you are considering and hang it on the wall with post tack. This will help you get an idea of size and fit into the space. The actual mirror can then be picked according to size and decor once you know the size range you want to work with.

I do see that the picture on Pier1 is much nicer than what is on here. Here is a zoom of the frame that is cracked Mother-of-Pearl.  It does look like it would pick up the tan and grey in the counter, cabinets, walls, and decor items.

Don't forget World Market and Pottery Barn for ideas too!

JCPenny has 288 mirrors online to view, and Overstock has 6,497 to look at. That ought to keep you busy. Overstock will let you sort my shape and color, so you can narrow things down a bit.

I won't  be using the mirror to actually look at myself. With my disability I can't really stand straight to look in it. But it would need to fit the space.

OH, poo. I didn't know if the design was meant to be lower for your access or not. Then go for whatever beautiful one you want. It will be used to create light and beauty in the room like a piece of art, so darn practicality and go wild with it.!

I like everything you've picked out except the mirror.  I don't think it would work with the countertops, and I also think it would be too small.  I realize you're not going to be standing and looking into it, but I still think it would be small at 31" including a wide frame.

My mom was mentioning we will have to wait and get mirrors until we can actually see the space. Not sure if I will get two. Because I have a double vanity. But instead of a double sink the other half will be a vanity I can sit and do my hair and makeup.

@ccassaday there are mirrors that you can order that face down if you are sitting in a wheelchair. A friend of mine just had one installed who is now in a wheelchair and had a local artist design a frame around it to make it pretty because the one she installed is a rectangular mirror and is very plain in design.
