Anyone have any tips how to clean a  shower pan ?  I have a 15 year old shower pan which I believe is aryllic.  I am having trouble finding a cleaning solution that retores the finish to a brilliant white color.   Dear friend recommended a magic eraser by Mr. Clean but it fell apart while cleaning.

I tried cleaning the rock tiles at the base of my stall shower with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and the Eraser disintegrated.

I also tried the magic eraser and it didn't clean anything I used it on.

Yes,  Professor Amos Shock It Clean from HSN really did a great job on my shower pan. Mine is over 30 years old and it would not get clean no matter what I used.  I buy it just for that purpose.  Mine has a textured finish and it is a pain.  I do use a scrub brush on the textured,finish, but not on the smooth finish.

Be mindful that white aryllic does yellow somewhat over the years.

@Abrowneyegirl   I recently purchased Scrubbing Bubbles with a Rain Forest scent (the scent was light and not over powering).  Also, OXO's website check out bathroom and kitchen tools.  I picked up a suction handle for getting out of the tub and for the kitchen small scrub brushes with handles for the drain and drain stopper (I wish I would have known about this sooner) also picked up a tool to clean remotes and computer keys.  They offered 20% off but I don't know how long that lasts.

I'm assuming you usually have a cleaning service clean it, but not since the outbreak?

What did they use?  Did the chemical smells get to you then?

Reason I ask is, I don't see any reason why you would worry about Covid 19 being on your floor to ceiling tile.

Once you wash your hands well, remove your clothes, you're not really contaminating anything in your shower, be it walk in or not.

I use a non toxic cleaner in mine, no scent.  Full tile walk in showers including floor.  It is not a disinfectant.  A hot sudsy shower is all I'm there for, not fumes.

@Lucky Charm

I do not think we have COVID in our bathroom, we just need to clean it.

The cleaning company uses its own brand of all naturals cleaning supplies and they open the windows and turn on all the bathroom vents to help with any scents.

Re: Bathroom cleaning help. Suggestions needed

Yes to both questions.

I use the Wet& forget in my bathroom all the time. It is all tile. It really helps, escpecially with the ceilings and upper walls. It is a small bathroom and even with an exhaust fan you need to stay on top of the grout cleaning. I like this because I can Spray it on after I shower and go on my way. I usually do this twice a week (because of the size and condition) For my weekly cleaning (which goes like a breeze because of Wet  &Forget) I use the Don Astlet. I have 3 bathrooms and they are all in use so I need quick but effective cleaning. Hope these work as well for you.
