Re: Bathesda Blue! Catching my eye!

Ahhhhh, so restful yet interesting and pleasing to the eye, @LTT1.

When we finally renovated our living room, I made a real departure, toward a soft, hazy robin's egg blue, B. Moore's "Woodlawn Blue" for walls. The green in it keeps it from going cold or insipid.  Feel surrounded by sky even in winter....   Your catalog pictures are luscious!

The article above came up in a search and it seems like a blog that might have great info regarding paint colors.

There are lots of elements in this room! It does appear that they live where there are lots of balmy breezes to enjoy!

Here's more "finds."

I like/want this rug, but cannot figure out where it "goes." So I will need a whole house redo to match it lol.

Already have a "semblance" of this shutter look asca window treatment in this color.  The window shutter is this color. Almost reminds me of @Oznell's Woodlawn Blue.

Liking the fabric used for this stool. Perhaps maybe a different shape.

Like many things above, but would not choose the same wall treatments.

Both above...Ballard.  Directly above: new to me and don't know if I like it, baseboards are painted same?

Good idea: print is only used on BACKS of chairs... BRILLIANT

French script throw rug yes to our home in a small area but I sure wish the black background was dark blue.

Re: Bathesda Blue! Catching my eye!

@LTT1 and @lolakimono All of the rooms featured on this thread are lovely and I like almost all the elements. I will, though, be glad when the current focus on geometric patterns begins to fade... I like them only in small doses, as I find them a bit too busy for day to day living... I absolutely love that house and am ready to move right in!!! I am also really quite smitten with that dining room and would even keep the blue wall color, but don't think I'd keep the trim the same color... The thing about painting walls and trim uniformly is a trend that crops up from time to time... Tried it once but didn't much like it... Thanks for all the lovely pictures!!
