It's definitely not my style so I'd have to vote NO.  I've also never been a fan of banquette seating especially for a small round table such as this.

Parts of it I like--- I like the plates, and Id paint the wall instead of the wallpaper, I'd go with a neutral rug without a pattern and a new light fixture.....

I would get rid of the plates and light fixture and have a different couch with a solid color.
