Re: Back again; moody exteriors this time

Yes, Love 2 (the lighter gray is charming)  and 6 even though it's a darker gray.

I would take either one; stunning exteriors.

Wow, some of these are really dark!  I like them all, but my favorite is that lovely brick home (number 5).

As others have stated, it's so fun looking.  Thanks for posting these @faeriemoon .

I vote for #3.  I think it's pretty. Cat Very Happy

These houses look like everyday average homes here in PA.

I think the further you go in the northeast, the darker the houses get.

Pastels look out of place here.  I like all of them.  #2, 3 and 5 are every popular here.

In my neighborhood, there is a number 5 brick house and a #2 Dutch Colonial.

There are a lot of dark grey, dark, dark blue sided homes around here.  New builds.  And black metal roofs or black shingles.

We own a tiny 2 bedroom cottage next door and I would LOVE to have it sided in black.  My husband won't do it!  So I may have to settle for black and white striped awnings.

I like the last one because it reminds me of our first house.

Re: Back again; moody exteriors this time

I like #7 and #4 the best.   #7 seems very lively and dramatic.   I'll bet #4 is beautiful up close, it has a lovely style.

I wonder what the neighbors of #1 think.   The homes on either side are typically light-neutral colors.   With that stark black and the red flowers it seems like the local Adams Family house.
