@stevieb   Wanted to add:  The exterior is grand. The dining room is gracious and the kitchen is so welcoming. Love it.

I do declare , that's one beautiful house ! All I need is a tall glass of sweet tea ! Yup , I can for sure picture me in that house !

Having windows so close to the ground seems strange. It might be that you don't see houses in that style around here so the exterior looks off to me.

I love the exterior..very stately...but my favorite is the dining room. I am a big fan of blue and white, so the Willow on the table, the jars,  and the white chairs really caught my attention. Love almost everything about this room. I am not a fan of the stuffy chandelier. Don't like the kitchen at all...it seems too farmhouse-y for the rest of the house. No surprise it is in Memphis...very representative of many ho homes I have seen there.
