I kind of like the concept and the placement--but I would put something in a few of those frames, I think---maybe the big frame framing smaller frames with interesting things--antique keys, swatches of lace or little botanicals, something like that

It looks like someone went to Goodwill and bought all the gold frames I donated about a year ago!

I've seen that look before, it's trendy in home and decor magazines and websites.  I don't dislike it,  I just don't know if it would work in a real room.

Not a bad idea, but I’d rather see it in a different room than in a bedroom.

Maybe if it was on a different, lighter colored wall.  Take away the gold frames, instead add white.  Need to see it then & can tell better.

As it looks now, NOPE.

Great idea for someone who cannot make up their mind about what to put in frames, and the lapping empty frames are awful on those black walls.
