Anyone watching for eclipse tonight?

It's cloudy here in central west Michigan. We can see the brightness of the moon in the east, but it's very cloudy. It will be interesting to see what we will be seeing as the eclipse progresses. Don't know if we'll be able to see anything with the comet; we have good binoculars, but again with the cloudy sky, not sure.

I hope someone is able to get some good pictures of events; they usually have pictures from a local observatory the next day.

We didn't realize that the very bright object in the western sky is Mars and Venus close together. Very bright.

I took astonomy in college, back in 1972 and was able to see the rings of Saturn & the big red spot on Jupiter. Very cool.

Time to download some planet/sky apps to learn the spring sky.

Looking at the full moon now but looks like fog is rolling in.
