On 3/5/2014 happy housewife said: I have a flag to hang outside but the HOA only allows that for 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after the holiday so I have to wait. I also have a St. Pattys day one to hang up first.We are very limited what we can do outside or on windows or doors by an absolutely ridiculous HOA. No one can put more than 2 decorations out for any event.

Will St. Patrick's Day Q be 24 hrs? Does anyone know? TIA

I don't really do spring decor, though I generally do change out accessories, pillows, throws, etc... seasonally, but no. I'm not there yet. It's still winter, it still feels like winter and it's just not that high on my priority list...

We still have 4 ft of snow outside and I just can't get into the Spring mode yet. I still have our Christmas decor outside (green roping and wreaths) I can't get to them to take them down! SO frustrating. While driving down our street, MANY houses still have all of that still up too. It's crazy.

I should take it down my indoor winter decor this week. Maybe it will change the weather if I do.

With the exception of a Christmas tree, I don't do ANY seasonal decorating. It's just not something that interests me.

Glad it's not just me that's not feelin' "SPRING".

Usually by now, I've got some Spring stuff out inside; and if Easter falls in March, that stuff, too.

This year -- still got the "Let it snow" signs out and the white birth logs in a snowman-face metal bucket on the porch with a giant red lantern/elec. candle with timer beside it.

Not getting carpets shampooed yet, either - tooooo messy outside, they'll just get dirty again, so maybe closer to Easter.
