WD-40 also works to remove any sticky residue if you don't have anything else.

WD-40 and duct tape are the two essentials in every home handyman's (or handywoman's) arsenal. If something is moving and it shoudn't, apply duct tape until it stops moving. If something should move and isn't, apply WD-40 until it moves.

Is the bunper sticker on an actual car bumper?  My last several cars have had molded plastic bumpers that were painted to match the color of my car.  I've never put bumper stickers on any of my cars, even years ago back when they were still chrome metal, but I'm not sure how you'd get one off of the newer plastic bumpers without damaging the plastic or the paint on it.
