I mentioned before that we have a pretty large 2 story loghome with about 5 acres. Hubby is not ready to downsize, however we are looking at the real estate brochures, and there are very few to choose from in our area. I am looking for a new or newer ranch with a garage and basement or partial basement in a community with a pool, walking trails,...

Has anyone found this situation or living in this setting?
