I received H1750 CI S/2 Scented 4" Flameless Candles w/ Timer/white in the mail today. I have these candles but wanted more. Well, they were wrapped in this stiff plastic wrap and bubble wrap. The sides had melted flat and the hard plastic had dented in the wax.

I called Customer Service and expressed my concerns. I asked him to let the higher up's know that the candles weren't being shipped with that light plastic wrap and the styrofoam. It didn't seem to surprise the CS person. He was very nice and said there were only a few of those in stock so he ordered another set at no extra cost. I expressed my concern as there is a candle show tomorrow. I said that people would be hesitant to buy during the not weather if the packaging isn't done right. I also expressed my concern that the Q would ruin a wonderful item by not sending it in the appropriate package. We did pick up the box when it was delivered so it didn't sit outside. It's just hot out.
