@PamfromCT   I live in a suburb between Hartford and New Haven.  We are lucky in CT to have access  to so many shorlines.  I love Block Island too, and some of the CT beaches and the RI beaches as well.  And we aren't a far ride from the Hamptons (if you can stand the LIE) and of course the Cape (and the islands.)  It's a 3.5 hour drive to my house there, and we're back and forth like most people go to the grocery store.  I guess we're used to it. LOL
