We get those little white cuban frogs that sit on top of the front door, and when we open that door they fall and land in the house. Then the chase ensues to capture them and put them back outside. We seldom use that door.

And don't even mention geckos. In the lanai, just everywhere outside, and occasionally they get inside. Thank goodness they can't bite you but you must be quick to catch them.

@151949 I have little lizards in the flowerbeds, but they don't seem to want to come in the house...thank goodness!!!

We buried my husband the day before this happened and was told that he came to make sure we were ok and let us know that he is ok. I really believe that, especially when it landed on the stove . My husband loved to eat lol.

And I have to say I believe that too.  My Dad used to tell me that after he passed, if he had a choice he'd come back as a black butterfly or a red dragonfly.  I didn't even know they existed, but Isee red dragonflies often. As for black butterflies, I have had them land on me multiple times.   No matter what, it always brings back fond memories.  He and I also loved gardenias, and every birthday he would give me a bunch - even after I was more than grown. And every year since then I have lived in a home with gardenia bushes which always have at least one bloom on my birthday. Aren't memories wonderful!!!!

Re: Another Bird in the House!

I awoke this moring and immediately saw a large golden dragonfly on the bedroom window. I've lost so many people I loved - I wonder who it was. Definately made me smile.
