Amazon :: Strange Extra Box Sent me?

I order a lot from Amazon dot com...common stuff, dog food, dishes, cooking bowls, that sort of stuff for every day use...all arrives great. No problem.

Today, an extra box arrived separately. Inside it::: Rid-X for septic clean out, a DVD blue ray movie "Resident Evil" and a bottle of "Aveno Relaxing Bath Foam"...............

I don't have a septic system..nor do I ever buy DVD's...and never bought Aveno....

I chatted live with Amazon who said it was all under one tracking # with my kitchen stuff....and they had no idea why I got those 3 items. They said to keep them. Just seemed odd to me..... it's never happened before.... and I wasn't charged....
