Air Wick Essential Mist Diffuser

I saw the below at Walmart and was thinking of getting it for our downstairs bathroom.

  The item is described as follows:

Our re-designed Essential Mist® Diffuser fills the room with a gentle, fragrant mist infused with natural essential oils. With refills that last up to 45 days* and adjustable frequency settings, you can set it and forget it. Our new gadget features 2X initial fragrance boost that fills the room. Plus, it’s compact, battery operated, and cordless so you can discreetly add it to any décor.

If you've  purchased this, did you like it?  Was it a hit or a miss?

@Spacrazy , the price for the starter unit, that comes with 1 refill, is about $12.00.

The refills can be purchased individually for about $5 each or you can purchase a set of 5 refills for about $22.00.  One refill is suppose to last about 45 days.

@BunSnoop

So glad you posted this as I have been on the hunt for a way to gently add fragrance to my home.

My reed diffusers are nice, but unless you are on top of them, no scent.

I'm going to take a look at this for sure.

Thanks!

Re: Air Wick Essential Mist Diffuser

It might be overkill for a typical bathroom. I've got a Glade Plugin for scent and it's supposedly good for up to 550 sq ft. It does a nice job in my whole apartment. I think it would overpower a bathroom even on the lowest setting.

My daughter has 2 of these and loves them. One is in her Living Room and the other in her Master Bedroom.. I think it may be a bit too much for a bathroom, unless it is a huge bathroom......

Try a Glade Plug in if it is just a medium/small bathroom. Those work really well in smaller spaces....There are a lot of different scents choices as well.

@BunSnoop :  Oh, I think that's more than favorable. Go for it and enjoy !

@BunSnoop

Just wanted to come back and say I picked up the Pumkin Spice scent at Walmart and have had it on in my back hall.

While I think it is a good concept, I cannot imagine this scenting anything other than smaller rooms.  Maybe this particular scent isn't very strong, but I cannot smell anything.

Granted, I have 10 ft ceilings and large rooms, so it's a lot of space.  However, depending on how long those batteries last, it might not be worth the trouble.

I'd consider it for a powder room or bathroom, but right now, I'm not impressed with it's capacity in larger spaces.

@Witchy Woman I bet your large home would do well with the Aroma 360-super expensive though-but great reviews and I guess works extremely well in very large homes with tall ceilings!
