Air Cleaners - Ones with washable filters vs. ones you have to replace

I am starting research for a small air cleaner for my bedroom.  I want one that gets rid of odors, dust particles, etc., plus helps get rid of virus, etc.  I would really prefer to have one which has washable filters, as opposed to one that has filters which you have to keep buying.  Does anyone know if there is a difference in the efficiency of one over the other?

Also, I don't want to spend more than a little over a hundred dollars if this is possible.

Does anyone have any recommendations?  Thank you!

I prefer replaceable, although it is more money. You must decide if you want a UV-C light or not. Germ Guardian's entire website is 20% off for Memorial Day.

@AngelPuppy1   UV-C kills bacteria, viruses and mold, but of course not as effectively as big commercial systems.

Be sure to buy one big enough to clean the room's air within a reasonable time. Nobody ever said I should have bought a smaller air purifier.
