It seems to me everything is on its own and not together. Aside from the pink pedestal I do not care for this kitchen.

I tried but I can't find a single thing I like about this kitchen. I especially dislike all wall treatments and the gold hardware.

This photo makes me chuckle. I just don't get why a person (designer?) would add that crazy green and white chevron tile to a kitchen with delicate blue/pink flower paper and the rest of the soft blue and pink colors.

The colors work for me. The back zig zag wall design doesn't. I think a simple subway tile would look nicer to tie in with the pink pedestal. Not a fan of the wallpaper even though it works. Just not into dark colors as a rule for me.

Overall, it's a cheery room.

Biggest Challenge: When I renovated this room I removed the cooker hood as it was an ugly chrome thing that didn't fit with its pretty new surroundings. I ordered a replacement, which was black with gold leaf, but the company stopped making them—a fact they only informed me of after I'd waited three months for it.

I really like the floral wallpaper and the pink accents. No surprise since pink is my favorite color.

What can I say? This room seems to be a real mismatch. I do like the pink flowers on the counter top, and the alcove for the recipe books is a nice feature.
