I don't really associate brilliant architect/designer Gil Schafer with exuberant Florida design (his vintage New York apartment is legendary), but this just shows he can do everything. Here's more blue-and-green that just is uplifting.
Gosh, this house is fantastic, you have to see a few other rooms even if they're not green and blue:
That fabulous wood-- is that some kind of bleached cypress, maybe? If any Floridians know, please tell.
These slightly 'chalky' colors are where I feel best-- not too bright, but sort of cheerfully soft.... Love the little elephant table by the tub.
More of the entry hall. Tangerine accents aren't really me, but in an entry where you are just passing through, I think they're enlivening and so pretty with the blue.
Slightly nautical, "palate-cleansing" neutral kitchen:
Charming "little" sun-filled sitting room. Indoors, this is where I'd be the most:
This courtyard should be an ad for 'Florida Living'...

I hovered my mouse over it and it said "cypress paneling"
This is really beautiful. One of the outdoor pictures look very close to British Colonial although it has the Florida colors. Such a beautiful place. Now, that's a place I could fall in love with forever.

Thanks for confirming that, @Nonametoday -- having lived in New Orleans, where cypress is also highly prized, I thought it a reasonable guess...
Oh, boy, me too, about living there-- and there's just sort of a quietly joyful feeling about the place...

I think I recall that we discussed having living in NOLA ... I love visiting there but would not wish to live there any longer. Besides, to quote Jimmy McMillan, former presidential candidate who said "the rent's too ****** high."

If I could live in N.O. in one of those fabulous old warehouses by the river, that have moody, loft-like spaces and giant windows looking out on the ever-changing scene, I'd be tempted, @Nonametoday ....

Yes, those are delicious, aren't they! I hear the cost is sky high because the loft thing took off in 1990s and now it is like prime real estate. I guess everything I would like is too high for my "now retired" budget.

Ha, ditto here, @Nonametoday . But that doesn't stop me from dreaming....

There isn't anything I do not find appealing and stunning in this home, love it all. The entryway and sitting room are the best! However, I do not like the location, just my taste.

I think it's beautiful. Every room is so pleasing to the eye. I could see myself enjoying every minute living there.

Nice.. super relaxing vibes. I could walk right in and stay.
I don't usually like an all white kitchen.. but this one is appealing and I like it a lot !
