A way to use Yankee candle coupon during sale?

I have a coupon code for 20.00 off of 45.00 that ends tomorrow and hav e 50.00 in my cart. Problem is 30 of it is tarts that are on sale for 1.00. Anyone know if there is a way to use the coupon code even with the sale going on?
