Oh, I love this room. Cozy and easy to live in. Not over done but still festive.

There are very few pictures posted that really appeal to me.  Some are striking, beautiful pictures, a photographers dream, but they don't touch me and make me have feelings of "home".

 

When someone walks thru my door, the main thing I want them to see and feel, is that a family lives here.   There is no decorator touch to be found in this house; I don't care about any of that stuff.  I like color, bare walls and surfaces, rug free wood floors, and comfortable furniture.   

I LOVE Christmas, and as in this picture, my house has a simple touch of this special time of the year, but we're not trying to live in a Christmas shop.

So warm and cozy! Would love to snuggle up there. The only thing that I don't care for is the box on the bottom of the tree, not sure what that really is, but everything else I love!
