A FEW MORE TABLES, AUTUMN AND OTHERWISE

These were a few others that struck me while browsing;  some are definitely for fall, and others have strong elements ( like earthy pottery), that could be adapted for fall, with the right accessories--

The brown and tawny tones combined with green, and a shot of yellow, pretty.   If you wanted to go in a "lighter" direction...

DETOUR:  This isn't a dining table below, but speaking of green-- I thought this was an interesting experiment in monochrome.  That crinkled marble dish, the checkerboard, the simplicity of the grass green book.  Nice vignette for a green lover.

The following table settings, mostly from Cindy Hattersley's site, I think are ravishing.  Most feature French pottery, I think.   Of course, I'd have plainer linens, in most cases, to better showcase the incredible pottery patterns.

Enviable pitcher coordinates, doesn't exactly match, other elements.

Love these tawny plaid linens, which you could use for fall or year round--  great with the bamboo cutlery and spatter ware dishes.

For fall, you could just switch out the table cloth maybe for a plain burlap-y one, and have different flowers or branches.

Dishes with birds on them, always beguile.

Pumpkins make such nice, earthy vases.   Also like the cool contrast of the silvery tones-- tureen and gravy boat-- against the warmer autumnals.

Re: A FEW MORE TABLES, AUTUMN AND OTHERWISE

There are some beautiful settings here.  I like all except the first one with the green animal print placemats.  Some are a little busy and I'd do some editing.  Whoever put these together was on pattern overload but this can be fixed.

I never put fragrant greens/flowers on a table with food.

One of my happy pleasures is a beautifully decorated table.  These are all lovely, but I'm especially fond of the bird plates.

Some are pretty, but a couple are too busy for me. I don't care the the bird setting, but I do really like the very last setting..

I LOVE table scapes---and green is my fave color too. Is just fun to see what unusual items will go together. would love to have a huge pantry full of all sorts of table wear and dressings----

The only one that I like would be the last one with the pumpkin vase w/ flowers.  The others are much too busy and are dizzying w/ the various patterns that were used..

Re: A FEW MORE TABLES, AUTUMN AND OTHERWISE

Love your idea to do a DETOUR, @Oznell .  In the first photo, the green animal print placemats look more spring-like, whereas everything else on the table looks fall-like.  Speaking of French pottery, the fork tines are facing down in a couple of the table settings.  The nice bird tablescape has a wintry look.
