Re: A Coloful Pied a Terre...

I really like that 2nd pic. I'm crazy for aqua. I don't care for the 1st pic. The 3rd pic isn't really my style, but I think it is nicely done.

I love color (and contemporary),  but I would decorate differently and would get  rid of moat (probably all) of the wall paper.

Re: A Coloful Pied a Terre...

Oh, no, @stevieb ,  I hope in future you'll be able to put up pictures with ease, so we get to see more of your fun decorating posts-- always enjoyable!

I do like the gorgeous blue walls of the sitting room, but I find that the patterns in the rest of the pied-a-terre are quite a bit too aggressive for my taste, especially the entrance hall (I'm guessing it's the entrance hall?) wallpaper and rug, and the 'persimmon' wallpaper and rug in bedroom.  I like the archaic-looking pottery on that white console table-- brings in a little much-needed calm.

Thanks as always for bringing in interesting pics!

@stevieb I always enjoy the photos. I like the color of the sofas and the bedding (NOT the throw pillows on the beds) and that's it. Nothing else.

Re: A Coloful Pied a Terre...

I love all your postings and I hope you are able to continue to do it.

The colors are wonderful in these photos and the combinations I really like. Now I would only be able to enjoy living with them if they were just used as accents in each room. Neutral colors then just use various colors as a pop either in a rug, throw pillows, artwork or accent wall.

Thanks for sharing.....

I like the aqua and gold color scheme....dont like the Ram artwork nor the coffee table though......

The wallpaper is too busy fro me in the hallway....I do like that white table.....

The orange/white/light blue bedroom is a big NO for me....

there are LOTS of things i like here. livingroom color scheme is great. unsure about that ram tho.  Love the hallway, but that particular wallpaper has to go.

bedroom, i think if i just changed out the hanging headboards to a solid color it would work for me. all in all, thumbs up

The ram was the one thing I liked! Woman LOL

Not for me.

If anything it may be a good example of how not to stage a house if you want to sell.

@stevieb

everyone should be staying home. keep posting pictures. annoying and frustrating it might be at least it is something to spend your whole day on doing.

ouch!

I think I heard your response. ugh do not put that in print. it will be puffed.
