Very innovative and interesting house. It doesn't appear, however, that there is enough light to sustain the cacti which, of course, require full, bright sunshine. If they're fake, they're fantastic.

So dark and ominous. The other pictures helped me understand what the designer was doing. Up until then, I was confused.

I think this idea (for now) is very cool but I also think it's really dark. Perplexed as to why it's 50 shades of really dark greys. Those taller cacti on the left side will need more room when they get taller.
I'd love to see a lot more of this space. @lolakimono

@PINKdogWOOD So many people have referred to this house as dark but that seems to be deliberate by the title, Ukranian designer Kireeva Anna- "Black House in the Woods"
I think it's the most interesting house anyone has posted here. So many unusual ideas. I'd love to tour it.

Best post ever. I have never seen something like this. So many lighting ideas. The bathtub is sublime.
Never would have guessed the whole concept would be so appealing.

Entrance to a den or man cave? Very unique. Beautiful.

Thank you for the additional pictures of the house, @lolakimono. I guess I am the only one scared by the bathrooms-- one with what appears to be living greenery right behind the tub, and the other with a rock formation behind the tub.
In the bathroom with the greenery behind the tub, at first, I thought there was glass separating the greenery from the tub, or that the greenery was actually just a realistic looking painting of foliage, but then I saw some of that greenery protruding over the shower tile, indicating it is real. So, is there any outdoor wall to the bathrooms? If not, imagine all the bugs and slugs, and mosquitoes that could enter that bathroom, and the entire remainder of the house as well.
Then, there is that rock wall behind the second bathroom's tub. Is there enough room for mice, or snakes to get into this Black House in the Woods? I don't know, and I am not sure I want to know, either.

Wow, I actually really like that! I would LOVE to spend a weekend there. I love dark walls and the baths with the "Open?""Nature" walls are very attractive to me. Its a great mix of modern and nature. I don't much care for open backed stairs but the ones with the cactus garden below are Striking. I'd have So Much Fun exploring that house in the woods!
