Thank you to Marsha in California for posting this and thank you to Marsha2003 for letting us know about QVC willing to refund past shipping amounts. I was given a credit of $6.88. Not a huge amount but it helps!

A nod in the right direction, for sure........but this still falls far short of what many of their competitors are doing. I can (and do) order many, many places with free shipping all the time, frequent free shipping specials, or much cheaper flat rate shipping. Nice try, QVC, but you need to do MORE!!

I ordered the ballymorris bird bud vase and the S/H was $5. On the video it was $6.72.

There are times when you must speak, not because you are going to change the opposing side, but because if you do not speak, they have changed you.
