Not sure how I'd change the flooring, but I might try a stained hardwood.

I like everything but the floor. It's distracting and takes away from the beauty of the room IMO.

@lolakimono love the colors in this farmhouse and just on the left side of the photo the sideboard that shows paintings of scenes on the sideboard doors.

@DREAMON The floor is interesting since it recalls what may have been an old lineolum floor in the original farmhouse...a good up-to-date replication.  I like the floor.
