Is that river mist, picturesquely swirling around the former sea captain's Gothic Revival house?  I loved how designer Louise Copeland revived the kitchen.

That work table -- wow. 

Great floors.  I like those green windows, framing out the green terrain!

In fact, like all the paint choices in the kitchen.

Breakfast nook looks out on a peaceful landscape...

Such a comfortable living room--

...  with antique paintings to get lost in.

She found a 150 year old reclaimed mantel for the room.

Greens and blues weave through the house.

I like the no-nonsense simplicity of this bath--

Lovely.  The other bedrooms are restful too.

Love the blush color on window frames.

I find this home very inviting. I like the colors used. I have always wanted a Kitchen with a Fireplace...don't think it's gonna happen.

The flow of this home is easy, peaceful, and complimentary from room to room. I love that.

I am not a big fan of the art or some of the fabric used for the drapes..as usual. Easy fix.

House exterior looks great and would love to see it up close.

Love the interior architectural detail. 

It's decorated very well, not liking all the furniture styles, but at least it's not modern or a modern mix.

Color schemes.  There's a bit of color here and there, like the orange cushion, green and blue walls in a few rooms, colorful window moldings, but the overall picture of the house is coming across to me as neutral, and looking at the living room furniture and walls, maybe, too calming, and depressing for me.

The photos seem to be a bit dim which might account for some of the colors not standing out.

I found myself wishing that the house's past inhabitants could spend a few hours there now.  What would they think?  Watching their amazement would be quite a treat.  It is beautiful, the kitchen is perfectly functional.  I would love to live there.

Oh my!  I am in love!  The beautiful structure, the spacious windows, and amazing furniture!  I loved each room and the wall treatments.  Each room is a visual nugget with more treats!   I just feel the living room is a little tight with too much furniture.
