i ordered 3 wreaths form you this year for delievery week of 11/29 - One was received on 12/7 , #2 just went out and #3 is still in process , these were all for week of 11/29 deleivery. Not happy at this point , one still waiting, I placed this order on 9/13.

@bonnielass You might want to try contacting someone in Customer Care directly, but also keep in mind there are many delivery delays currently happening all over due to supply chain issues, and QVC has no control over that.

With all QVC's delays and things being cancelled or going to advanced order, I think unlike many other retailers, it is more than a supply chain issue or tankers getting stuck in the sea.

They do use the cheapest mode of shipping possible for one thing. And I suspect they take as many orders that come in but don't actually have that merchandise available at the time.

Plus not only do people not get what they ordered but there is no communication to the customer about it, maybe months after it should have been delivered will there be an email but usually only if you ask and reach out to the Social Team or someone who will look into it!

This is just my experience from 2 things I ordered last year so I don't order anymore. That way I don't have to keep wondering about things.

Every other retailer I've ordered from does not seem to have this consistent problem that QVC does so I don't think we can keep excusing them due to supply chain or ships stuck somewhere when most all other stores seem able to ship things within a week and if not they let you know!

Maybe QVC doesn't have enough people working backstage or something. But if they don't, they should. I don't know.

I am sorry your wreaths are delayed. How upsetting.  I am sure that you also are worried about the shape those wreaths will be in when they come. 
 
My latest QVC shipping issue involves Cookie dough, shipped in dry ice, that is listed as having an "illegible label."  My bill to- ship to order of the same item did arrive at the recipient's home yesterday. That is great, but I can't wait to see the potential mess I might receive when the label issue finally gets resolved. At least it is coming to me.

Should have gotten a notice that there was a major problem this year with the wreaths, I would have cancelled and bought elsewhere, now I'm stuck , just hoping the last one gets out this week , if not i will not be ordering anything that is a pre-order or advanced. Placed order for this wreath 9/13 , should have been in the batch that was taken care of first. Wouldn't surprise me if i get a cancellation notice on this, seeing that i complained.

@bonnielass   Customer Service will not see this post.  You will need to call them or send an email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.  They will be able to check into this for you.

 

You may want to have them cancel this order for you and buy a wreath locally.  I'm sorry this happened to you.

@KailaS  I've gotten that illegible label message too, and when it arrived, the label was perfectly clear.  It was obviously the "excuse du jour" for slow delivery.

I contacted the QVC social team yesterday and I believe they cancelled my wreath orders.  Delivery was suppose to be this week and delivery was delayed until 12/24.  My recipients are sceduled to travel on 12/17 and return a few days after xmas.  This just wasnt going to work.  This happenned last year also with a delivery date of 1/25. Nope. Not good.  I was hoping things this year would be better.

Really getting annoyed with Valerie and these wreaths.  Last year mine was delayed a week. I ordered one again this year for ship week of 12/6 and it still says "in process".  I suspect it is going out late again.  If Whitney Wreaths is unable to fulfill orders timely Valerie needs to find a different distributor.  Im livid.

Given all of the warnings and complaints here about delayed deliveries, and the fact that it happened to you last year, perhaps giving a different company your business might have resulted in you not being livid.
