For many items, or I'd be broke.  That's the only thing keeping me from buying all the cuteness items.

Last year, QVC offered free shipping on July 6.  I was hoping they would do it again this year, but so far, nothing.

Shipping fees are really high so I can see why there are no free shipping offers.  Thankfully I see nothing in the selections that I must have...most items look kind of cheap and too colorful and I know where they are made.
