I ordered Valerie's "Cedar & Pine with Ornaments" collection in September. Everything was 'advance order' scheduled to arrive mid-November.
I received the candle rings, picks, and garland, but the wreath has moved in and out of 'in process' to 'preparing the order' to 'back order' with ever-changing, later delivery dates. Today the expected delivery date is 12/30.
I would cancel, but it's become a kind of comedy to see how far they'll take it. Will it arrive in 2020? Perhaps 4th of July 2021? Or maybe when Santa comes!!
Sorry for the multiple postings about this wreath, but it's so frustrating and disappointing. I wish QVC would handle this better and just tell me the wreath will not be available this year!
For now, I'll have to enjoy the candle ring (instead of a full-size wreath) hanging on my mirror!!

I had ordered 3 to be delivered week of 12/7. Well that never happened. Then delivery was moved to 12/22. Then 12/26. Nope. That won't work unless she includes Easter bunny ornaments. Social team cancelled for me. Over $ 150 with shipping and handling. I wasn't waiting to see what happens.

@Beauty Maven You are more patient that I would be.
If you really love it then it may be worth the wait, but if I had purchased matching items in order to have the complete set and the "main" attraction wasn't arriving until New Year's, I would send ALL of the matching items back and cancel the wreath. Also, I would call and request that I NOT pay shipping either way on the items I was returning because they dropped the ball on delivering it to you - and you purchased multiple items in order to have the entire grouping.
Wow, that is terrible service.

Things are worse than ever, who wants a Christmas wreath after Christmas????
We all knew this was going to happen, it's everything not just VPH. We were hoping for the best but really we should have known better. Best of luck to you and I seriously think you should get it for free at this point, honestly where is the PR?

@Beauty Maven I hope you receive your wreath soon. You are being very gracious about it although I know it is frustrating.
I have ordered several things for myself for Christmas but know I will not receive them in time.....just not setting myself up for disappointment.

It's obvious something disastrous has happened to the wreaths this year. Valerie and the p e ople who labored to make them must be sick. Both Val and QVC will take a huge financial loss. Unless you want a New Year's wreath, I'd contact the mods at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com and cancel.

@CAcableGirl2 -- We think alike! I thought about returning everything, and that may still happen. Ultimately though, I really like the collection and I'd like to have the wreath to use next year. I do think QVC should offer some kind of discount or allowance that says "we're sorry, we appreciate your business..."
I'm certain I'll think twice about ordering items next year!

You're so right @LindaSal. PR? Customer Service?? A thing of the past and not just at QVC. So many retailers seem to forget who the client is!!
