No thank you! I'll be content sitting in front of my woodburning fireplace, in my warm, fuzzy jammies sipping either a hot chocolate bomb or a glass of wine watching the Times Square Ball drop.

No. We will stay home to comfort our little dog. The fireworks & loud BOOMs keep him terrified. There is no way I am leaving him home by himself to endure that. They have already started and he is already terrified. He won't even go outside to sit with us in the evening for a cocktail because he is afraid the BOOMs will start. He sits inside & looks out the window.

We may go out for lunch on NYE. I know I'm the oddball!! but NYE used to be my favorite holiday. We've been to Times Square, Disney World, Colonial Williamsburg, Hawaii, Vegas and various ski trips over the New Year's holiday. Always felt that it was an accomplishment getting through another year and looking forward to the new year.

Now I don't even stay up to watch the ball drop in Times Square and am asleep way before midnight!
