So today I was expecting a delivery.  I got a delivery, but when I opended it, it was not mine.  Even had someone else's packing slip.  Question is I was charged for the item that was supposed to be in the package.  Tracking number was correct just not what was in the package.  What happens now?

@bcnu Hi! Just cut and paste your messagne and open up Customer Care and paste it there.

 

Also, send an email to QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com with your order and/or item info and your problem. They are the ones who will help and also monitor the CC forum.

Thanks for your reply.  I found their email address and that is just what I did.  They answered.  All taken care of.
