That's too bad. I haven't gotten mine yet. I hope Valerie will make it right for that person. Lots of times she'll ask the person to private message her and she'll send them the piece they are missing. I hope this is the case in this instance.

@laj3169  I agree Valerie will find a way to get that poster her missing 'Y'.

I just thought I would give a HU about this for those that ordered this decor set and if they have a similar issue to let her know Smiley Happy

I am breathing a sigh of relief.  My set arrived and they spell J-O-Y!

They are as adorable as I had imagined.

@Marsha2003  and I'm sure there will be a buyer! That's why I'm glad you got your light show trees 'as is'. I'm going to guess if there are any sellers, they might just start at $100. If there are any auctions for it, would be interesting what the last bid will be...LOL

@Susan Louise I’m always astonished by some of the prices on resale items.  I understand supply and demand, but some sellers are guilty of wishful thinking.  I’ve watched certain items that are overpriced be relisted over and over again.  There’s one set of napkins that I’ve been watching for a year.  At some point, wouldn’t you think that the seller would get a clue?

@Marsha2003  One seller on ebay is charging over $78 to mail a Jim shore Santa when all other sellers are charging under $20 or shipping is free.  I questioned her about it and she said that is what it costs according to the postage chart.  She keeps listing it over and over, think she would get a clue.  A newbie may come along and pay it, and be regretful afterward.

@mousiegirl I think most buyers would reject that kind of shipping out of hand.  I don’t mind paying high shipping for extremely valuable, fragile items, but it sounds like that seller should visit the post office or UPS store and double check eBay’s calculator because it is often wrong.

@Marsha2003  I picture those sellers in the hoarders category and IMHO, some of the Ebay sellers on the hoarder shows were selling stuff at much higher prices than what folks would buy the pieces for. My guess is that part of it being they are that out of touch with reality on many levels. So if things aren't selling and they keep buying, well, the images in my head at their home headquarters isn't all that good.

One of the hoarders on the tv show was literally trying to sell what I would consider garbage too. Then I think of the old saying I remember...one person's garbage is another person's treasure...
