Re: Valerie's Sneak Peak Posted

I enjoyed the show tonight too, I ordered two of the twig trees one in each size, cant believe they sold out so fast!! Hope they come available as is cause I might get tow of the brown if they do. And I ordered the swag and wreath of the pomegranate collection. I also ordered the church and cottage that will be on later in the afternoon. I have to stop buying decor, i think this year when I decorate I am going thru some of my stuff to donate cause storage is starting to be a problem!

@mousiegirl Thank you. I had one of my 4:00 am mornings, so got up and made a cup of coffee. I put the item number for the snowmen in the search engine and they came up ! I was so excited. They're ordered and on the way to my home. Woo Hoo

Nothing for me. I have purchased enough lately so I didn't feel deprived at all LOL!

I'm still in Fall/Halloween mode so while I enjoy watching, I'm not as apt to buy unless something really grabs me.

I had fun watching though! The set was GORGEOUS as usual.

I can't wait until 3 PM for her next show!!!

Re: Valerie's Sneak Peak Posted

I was up early also and the twig trees were back in stock, funny how that happens, so I got to order the brown trees. I missed jills show but really love the fruit collection and the candle pedestals. I have valeries sugared fruit wreath and two of the garlards and love them. I have the fruit wreath for fall also so really do not need anymore but I do like it. I have the other pedestals that resemble this set also so really dont need another so similar.

@DarlingDino  I bought the brown also, then stayed awake for a while trying to figure out where I could put them, lol.

Oh no.  I like the frosted berries and leaves picks.  There have been so many choices in picks, candle rings, wreaths, garlands, and swags to continually tempt us this year.

We asked, and Valerie delivered for sure.

Good morning.  I see that the picks are available, but the rest of this collection hasn't shown up yet.  Must be waiting until closer to showtime.

The picks seem different to me than the wreath, garland, and rings.  They have variegated ivy and I don't see that in the others.

Now instead of being crazy about the picks, I'm wishing for the garland.  LOL

@SHOPR  I just saw that the ivy leaves on the picks are varigated.  It didn't show to me but I'm guessing that the other pieces have that too since they are a set.  I'm not sure that I like the varigated leaves as she had another set with lots of varigation and I didn't care for it. You ok with that?

@lucymo, I know I'm two days late answering.  Now that we know there were actually two different (but similar) pick sets, it all makes sense.

I thought showing the snowy picks when we were expecting the frosted berry picks was a little bit misleading.  When I first saw the snowy picks and looked at the picture, I didn't like the way they looked at all and as a result, decided I wouldn't order the frosted berry picks or rings...NOT realizing they were they were two different sets.  Luckily, I figured out the difference when the frosted berry picks showed up at midnight.  @SHOPR  I hope you like the garland.  I think it's very pretty.

@SHOPR  Yes, what confusion they create.  Did you order the set?

@lucymo, I got two of the frosted berries and leaves garlands to try in the fireplace area.  I didn't order either of the picks.  I hope to separate one of the garlands into several picks to tuck here and there.

I can't remember...did you cave on anything this last visit?

@SHOPR  I'm glad you decided on the frosted berries and leaves garlands. I like them too.  Yes, you can make several picks from a garland. If need be, make some stems from your floral wire or anything that will work on shorter pieces.  I cut up four garlands last year and shared with my DD so we had enough for two trees.  We just placed them like you would a garland but since it was pieces took a lot less and easier to work with with too than a long garland.  I hope it all comes together for you the way you're hoping it will.

I didn't really order anything from the last show but did find the Glitter Berry wreath and two garlands in the frosted snow, all in the 'as is'.  H210488, H210489 and the picks too, H211683.  I thought the picks were a bit over priced but when I decided to cancel they were already shipping.  Thats ok as I'll use them.  I just wish they would have at least eight to ten picks in a box as five just  isn't quite enough for most decorating jobs.
