It was $21.99 forever. 

That is almost a 32% price increase

All across the board, I am seeing VPH's stuff with peristent price increases, even stuff that must be 3-4 years old.

CIJ is over and so is CIJ pricing. Does seem like a big jump though.

I bought 2 in early June, well befoe CIJ.   They were $21.99 then, if not $19.99

I think it may have been June when I got two more on free shipping. $21.99 seems right.

I purchased one when Valerie originally offered the scarf a few years ago. I loved it so much, I stalked AS IS and picked up a bunch more (I have 9 total) for less than $15 each.  I bought all of mine a few years ago so the AS IS price might be higher this year.  I have no regrets buying mine and use them all winter. As a matter of fact, the scarves are the first Christmas item we put out before we start our decorating.

Oh I agree @Starliteshine 

This is such a versatile holiday decorating item and I find it helps move my muse along in deciding how to set up colors and styles of items I have. 

I really loved that it was so affordable.  I did have a really bad feeling when the tree skirt made of the same fabric cost nearly $60 after shipping and taxes. 

Just not happy that QVC decided this modest item that could not cost much to ship now costs 32% more.
