VPH Twinkle lights

Is anyone having trouble with VPH twinkle lights timer.  Set timer for 5 pm and they come on at all hours ex 11am or 2 pm.  Any suggestions on how to fix this. Thank you

In the past I've had to replace some of her battery lights with Bethlehem Lights or ones found on Amazon.

@ It seems to me that VPH and the Temptations lines have multiple problems with their goods. Twinkle lights are so cheap and readily available at Target, drugstores, etc. etc. You shouldn't have problems with them!

 

And Temptations -- the reviews on both this site and VPH speak for themselves. You can find products like these at any Home Goods store.

The twinkle lights I had from Valerie burned out pretty fast. I found plenty on Amazon.
