VPH Large Metal Pumpkin (Last Year)

Does anyone know if that was available? I looked online but I didn't see it.

I had ordered it last year and it was on "waitlist"...obviously, I'm still waiting!

Any suggestions?

@homedecor1 - Valerie has more fall decor shows coming up in the first week of September, and according to her sneak peeks and responses to customer questions on Facebook, a lovely pierced metal pumpkin is one of the items to watch for...

Last year Valerie offered a large metal pumpkin and a large metal gourd... they were more copper toned than traditional orange. I ordered two of the gourds, and no pumpkins... the gourds arrived and one was damaged. I then wished I had gotten two gourds without damage AND two pumpkins to create a look similar to what Valerie showed on her set that day. I sat on waitlist myself for months for the pumpkins. Finally in June I saw them in ‘as is’ and I was able to get two pumpkins and replace the damaged gourd. I’m looking forward to using them this year.

They are shinier than Desert Steele pumpkins and are similar to the pumpkin and gourd David had in his show last night, without the lights and at a lower price point. Thoughit took me almost a year of watching for them, and I didn’t have them for last Fall, I was able to get them at a lower price in ‘as is’...such a plus when buying multiples! I am looking forward to decorating with them this year!

Glad you got what you were looking for. Persistence pays off! I got one of those gourds and pumpkins. They are very nice! The pierced one that Valerie has this year might be interesting, but since I have the coppery set from last year, I’m not even going to tempt myself!

@itsmetoo - Yes, this is the one that was asked about on FB, and Valerie said it would be coming up at the beginning of September. I also really like it!

I also like that it appears to be pretty big too. Do you know what that is to the right of the yellow flowers? Are those other pierced pumpkins?

@itsmetoo - I initially suspected it was a gourd version of the pierced pumpkin, since that seems to be a trend with all the vendors this season, but I'm now thinking the design is pretty different even in the sliver we can see, so it may be a stack of two metal pumpkins. Either way, I'll definitely be watching for these items, as the only outdoor pumpkins I currently use are the real kind. I'd like to have something more decorative.

Yes, it does looked like it could be stacked pumpkins. I'll be curious to see what it is. I use real pumpkins outside too. Quite honestly, I would be kind of afraid to put something like this pierced pumpkin out front, afraid someone would steal it. I also really like the riser she is using under the big pumpkin. I sure wish she would sell more of that kind of thing.
