I think if I see one more throw on QVC I will scream.  Seeing those hosts wrapped up like mummies makes me sick.  Don't they have any pride.  They are all wrapped up like mummies.  Isn't there anything else to sell or is this the money maker.

If you really have this strong of a reaction perhaps you would benefit to take a break from shopping tv and even seek some wellness guidance.

@LizzieInSRQ @Well said. The hosts are simply demonstrating the use of throws like we would all do if we bought them. The complaint by the OP seems like a really, really odd thing to be bothered by, IMO.

Well, some of us are downright addicted to throws. I think I am. I also think I'm not alone. Yes, I have many. So does my dog.

I bet they're a high selling item, since there are many to choose from in different price ranges and for different seasons. They also make great gifts, from young to old.

We'll probably always see lots of throw offerings. They move quickly and sell out fairly fast.

You've got to admit throws make a great gift item, which is why the reason QVC shows so many of them.  You don't need to know a size and every person on earth, regardless of age or gender can use them.  Even pets have and love them.  They can be used for warmth or decorative purposes and are relatively inexpensive.  People collect wardrobes of them to commemorate every conceivable holiday, season and occasion.

Sounds like the perfect gift item.  Perhaps they should sell chests in order to store them.

@maggie100   Welcome to the forums! Smiley Happy

I was tempted to get a DB TSV, but we just don't need any throws. We use a few Berkshire blankets that serve all of our needs.
