Re: Southwest Christmas Decor

Well, they are different, but have nothing to do with Christmas.

I would use them outdoor when throwing a deck party.  They would set the theme for a few tequila cocktails and some tacos.

@Carmie    lol. After a few tequila cocktails, who cares if the decor is tacky, eh?

Re: Southwest Christmas Decor

Would have limited appeal, but no worse than the cheese heads I see in my area.

Not really liking these, but maybe I'd feel differently if I lived in Arizona.

@Kachina624

Thanks for the info. I never knew theses cacti were only in Arizona. They do seem to be featured in a lot of visuals for various Sourhwest states.

Re: Southwest Christmas Decor

These aren't me, but I guess someone must like them!

I tend to not really care for some regional decors. I never cared for Southwestern decor, and not really into nautical or seashore/beach type decor either. Even if I lived in those areas, I wouldn't find them appealing.

Because I have always lived in the north, I have tended to favor things that are cold weather based (like greens and pine cones etc.) and holiday decor more to the old fashioned and traditional.

I am glad that there is so much choice now, and that there is something out there for everyone. It used to be all pretty much the same.
