Not culture bashing. I'm a proud American who wants to see local soy candlemakers succeed. Plenty of soy wax in America. Why contract with the Vietnamese ? At the prices he charges he doesn't have to cut corners.

I'd rather buy Bath & Body Works candles.

 

I hardly burn them I have ones from years ago and still smell as nice and burn beautifully.  I just cover them to extinguish and I've never had any soot or puddling wicks.

 

My favorite Fall candle is Yankee Candle Macintosh Apple for the kitchen.

 

B&BW fall scent is anything pumpkin and Leaves.
